A leading consulting firm is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to provide support in resolving complex employee cases. The successful candidate will guide and influence managers while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies. This role primarily works from home with weekly office travel, focusing on promoting positive employee relations. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of employee relations across our organisation - guiding, influencing, and supporting managers to handle cases confidently, compliantly, and compassionately. This role would be based predominantly from home with weekly travel (likely on a Wednesday) to our office on Quorum Business Park.
