Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking an ER Specialist for a temporary HR Advisor role in an iconic Art institution in Central London. This position involves partnering with various levels of the business to offer ER advice and managing cases independently. The ideal candidate has experience within complex organizations and is comfortable working with senior individuals. The role offers a competitive day rate of approximately £150 and a hybrid working model.

- Partner with all levels of the business offering advice on ER, policies and processes
