Are you a proven recruiter or billing manager ready to lead your own team? Want to make a real impact in the education sector while building a high-performing branch?
We’re looking for a Branch Manager to take the reins of an established education recruitment office in Newcastle. You’ll lead from the front—mentoring consultants, growing the team, and driving results, while enjoying flexibility, autonomy, and strong earning potential.
The Role
Position: Branch Manager – Education
Location: Hybrid – 2–3 days/week in Newcastle office
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 base + team bonus + commission + leadership incentives
