Youll be responsible for invoicing, spreadsheet production, and general site administration, playing a vital part in the success of the project.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive admin support to the site team, including operations and commercial departments.
Assist with invoicing, processing payment applications, and tracking costs.
Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for data tracking, reporting, and project metrics.
Coordinate document control, filing, and distribution of key project documents.
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers regarding timesheets, delivery notes, and invoices.
Support health and safety documentation, site records, and compliance paperwork.
Handle general administrative duties such as managing emails, meeting minutes, and scheduling.
