Overview

Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting a Compliance Administrator to support ISO standards, business continuity, GDPR compliance and health and safety efforts. This role will assist and lead in maintaining and developing the company's Safety Management System. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, implement and improve electronic quality and safety management systems, including staff training.
  • Support the implementation of change management processes, including document control systems.
  • Provide audit services across business units.
  • Prepare and analyse reports for management review meetings related to ISO standards and compliance data.
  • Generate statistics for ISO compliance and business reporting.
  • Assist with the organisation and management of company archives and document storage.
  • Help create and implement business continuity plans and documents.
  • Assist in preparing internal communications, including safety and security updates.
  • Support accident/incident investigations and ensure follow-up actions.
  • Conduct employee inductions and compliance training.
  • Occasional business travel as required.
Essential
  • Proven experience in a quality assurance/quality management/internal auditing.
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations in the workplace.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
