The position may be based in Hong Kong, Singapore, or remotely from the UK, Europe, or the US.

- Lead and expand operations across key sales channels.
- Oversee fragrance shipments and collaborate with logistics.

Skills
A luxury fragrance brand is looking for an experienced and dynamic Commercial Director for Asia. Ideally based in Hong Kong or Singapore (or remotely in the UK, Europe, US).
- Grow sales across retail, independent accounts, distribution, ecommerce, and duty free/travel retail.
- Oversee fragrance shipments from the US to wholesalers and retailers across Asia.
- Collaborate with the US logistics team to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with contract and lease agreement negotiations alongside the US legal team.
- Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable and liaise with the finance team.
- Audit and verify vendor invoices.
- Provide bi-weekly financial reports covering sales, inventory, forecasts, and budgets.
- Recruit and lead a network of commercial area managers across Asia.
- Oversee beauty ambassadors and sales, events, and education teams.
- Manage PR agencies and work closely with the internal PR team.
- Oversee marketing materials production and align with brand guidelines.
- Set and manage marketing calendars for all sales channels.
