Job Description
  • Design and execution of business process improvements to optimise sales and improve workflows
  • Introduction of scalable methodologies and implementation of their adoption
  • Identification of opportunities to maximise existing commercial relationships and potential new areas of development
  • Effective use of data to deliver insights to senior leadership to make informed sales and revenue operations decisions
  • Adoption of effective sales processes including opportunity generation, pipeline management and forecasting supported by CRM adoption
The Successful Applicant
  • Previous experience of working within a management consulting, professional services or SaaS environment
  • Demonstrable track record in sales/revenue operations improvement
  • Understanding and appreciation of the international financial services marketplace
  • Credibility, gravitas and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to effect change and deliver transformation
