Job Description
- Design and execution of business process improvements to optimise sales and improve workflows
- Introduction of scalable methodologies and implementation of their adoption
- Identification of opportunities to maximise existing commercial relationships and potential new areas of development
- Effective use of data to deliver insights to senior leadership to make informed sales and revenue operations decisions
- Adoption of effective sales processes including opportunity generation, pipeline management and forecasting supported by CRM adoption
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience of working within a management consulting, professional services or SaaS environment
- Demonstrable track record in sales/revenue operations improvement
- Understanding and appreciation of the international financial services marketplace
- Credibility, gravitas and excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to effect change and deliver transformation
