Marks Sattin are recruiting for a well-established privately-owned global professional services business in their search for a Group Finance Director to be based in Manchester city centre.
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Experience of working for global organisations.
- Strong technical accounting skills; experience in a professional services company is advantageous.
- Ability to influence the board and provide key financial insight for strategic decisions.
- Excellent staff management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Lead on budgeting and forecasting process.
- Oversee the consolidated month end and year end processes.
- Build relationships with banks, auditors, etc.
- Cash-flow management.
- Oversee the FP&A within the organisation.
- Assist with global tax positions and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with the strategy of the business moving forward.
- Provide financial assistance and due diligence with any potential acquisitions.
- Management of a finance team of circa 20.
Salary for the role is between £130,000 and £160,000 + benefits.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an established FD with international experience that is keen to be a key member of a board and contribute to the growth of a business and key strategic decisions.
