Overview

Role - Group Finance Director. Location - Manchester. Salary - Between £130,000 and £160,000 + benefits.

Marks Sattin are recruiting for a well-established privately-owned global professional services business in their search for a Group Finance Director to be based in Manchester city centre.

Requirements
  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
  • Experience of working for global organisations.
  • Strong technical accounting skills; experience in a professional services company is advantageous.
  • Ability to influence the board and provide key financial insight for strategic decisions.
  • Excellent staff management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Lead on budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Oversee the consolidated month end and year end processes.
  • Build relationships with banks, auditors, etc.
  • Cash-flow management.
  • Oversee the FP&A within the organisation.
  • Assist with global tax positions and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with the strategy of the business moving forward.
  • Provide financial assistance and due diligence with any potential acquisitions.
  • Management of a finance team of circa 20.
Offer/Benefits

Salary for the role is between £130,000 and £160,000 + benefits.
