My client is a leading Legal 500 firm seeking an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor at the Legal Director level. The firm handles a wide range of wealth work for a client base of high-net-worth to ultra-HNW individuals. This is a rare opportunity to lead within an outstanding team with support to progress towards partnership.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and oversee contentious probate matters, providing strategic guidance to clients.
- Handle a diverse caseload, including will disputes, inheritance act claims, and contested estate administration.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring excellent client service.
