Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fire Engineer to join as Associate Director - Fire Engineering. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Fire Engineer with strong leadership experience to step into a senior role within a growing UK fire engineering consultancy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex fire engineering projects across multiple sectors.
  • Provide expert fire engineering solutions from concept through to delivery.
  • Oversee technical standards in fire safety design and performance-based fire strategies.
  • Mentor and support junior Fire Engineers to develop their professional skills.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships within the fire engineering sector.
  • Contribute to the growth and strategic development of the fire engineering division.
About You
  • Minimum 9 years of continuous fire engineering experience in the UK (ideally England).
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) with the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE) is highly desirable.
  • Applications from MIFireE (Member of the Institution of Fire Engineers) will also be considered.
  • Proven track record delivering fire engineering solutions in line with UK regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • A dynamic approach and ability to integrate effectively into a team of Fire Engineers.
