A recruiting firm is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the development of their branch network. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing new sites, coordinating planning approvals, managing project budgets, and arranging maintenance for existing sites. This role is perfect for candidates with relevant property industry experience and management skills.
Responsabilidades
- Develop branch network by sourcing new sites and processing acquisitions.
- Co-ordinate planning approvals and organise building works.
- Manage project budget and produce cost forecasts.
- Arrange repairs and maintenance for existing sites.

- Reporting to the Directors with responsibility for the development of Branch network
- Sourcing new sites which are suitable for operation and processing acquisition
- Co-ordinating planning approvals required and organising building works
- Working with Architect to source contractors to complete building works
- Managing project budget recording expenditure and producing cost forecasts
- Arranging repairs and maintenance for existing Sites and monitoring works completed
