A leading healthcare provider in Coventry seeks a Project Manager to oversee the Estates Capital Programme. You will be responsible for managing budgets, developing strategies for service improvement, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management with a focus on healthcare, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to enhancing patient environments. Join a dynamic team dedicated to high-quality patient care.
Provide management of the Estates Capital Programme, by developing policies and strategies for the implementation of projects to improve the environment for patients and staff. Ensuring that the agreed budgets are managed efficiently, reporting any deviance to the Capital Planning Review Group on a regular basis.
