Job summary

A commercial catering company in the UK is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate the design and installation of commercial catering equipment. This role involves regular client meetings, site visits, and managing project budgets. Applicants should have experience in project management within the catering sector, strong communication skills, and the ability to build customer relationships. A design background would be beneficial. The position is full-time and offers flexibility across the UK.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable working within a fast‑paced business and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Previous career experience within a Design/Draughtsman role, highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the design, supply, and installation for Commercial catering equipment.
  • Attend site meetings from initial brief through to Handover.
  • Complete accurate site surveys for kitchen drawings.
  • Manage lead times to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Identify and propose ideas to improve operations and increase productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating the design, supply, and installation for Commercial catering equipment.
  • Arrange regular update meetings with the client and develop solid working relationships.
  • Attend site meetings from initial brief through to Handover.
  • Complete accurate site surveys taking all information necessary to allow our design department to produce accurate kitchen drawings.
  • Completing quotations using our in-house quoting system as required.
  • Hold accountability for project spend, ensuring this is kept within agreed budget.
  • Manage lead times, working with the wider team to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
  • Work collectively with the team to ensure both department and personal KPI's are achieved.
  • Proactively identify and propose ideas that will improve internal operations and increase productivity.
Position Details

Location: Flexible UK-wide (base office Redhill, with site visits across the UK)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
