A leading nuclear safety company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead their ESH&Q safety improvements program. This role will support initiatives that prioritize safety, security, and wellbeing across the organization. We are looking for a Project Manager to work on our ESH&Q (Environment, Safety, Health, and Quality) safety improvements programme. This is an opportunity to play a key part in a programme which touches on every part of the business, you will be able to make a tangible difference to our people, workplace, and mission.
As the Project Manager, you will support the ESH&Q function with a focus on developing the 'We Care' initiative, which ensures that safety, security, quality, environment and wellbeing are considered in everything we do; We Care also underpins our behavioural framework.
You will be supporting the ESH&Q function to help the business meet its regulatory requirements, including licence conditions/authorisation conditions, and environmental and sustainability commitments.
We are in the Berkshire countryside between Reading and Basingstoke. This role is suitable for hybrid working.
From £48,030 depending on experience and suitability.

This job roles is suitable for hybrid working, which is an informal, non-contractual and voluntary arrangement, blending a balance of attendance in the workplace (your permanent duty station) and working from home as a personal choice. If you are successful, any opportunities for hybrid working will be discussed with you prior to you taking up your post. The successful candidate is required to carry out all their duties from a UK location and cannot do so from an overseas location at any time.
All candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role. It can take several months for clearance to come through.
