Our Head Office is based on the Central Coast, New South Wales with additional depots located in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Townsville, Perth and Hobart. We have been operating for 40 years and employ over 250 people.

About the role

This is a hybrid Business Development and Project Delivery role based in Perth, reporting directly to the Regional Manager. You will play a pivotal part in growing our presence in targeted growth markets, including the metro and regional resources sector.

The position combines bid development, estimating, hands‑on project management and customer management with a strong focus on identifying, developing, and converting leads into secured work. Frequent un‑rostered travel will be required, primarily to support business development activities. Please note this role will be advertised over the Christmas break, with applicants to be looked at from 12th January 2026.

Duties
  • Small to medium delivery projects with higher commercial risk (Perth Metro and Regional - $100k to $15m)
  • Internal resource and external supplier / contractor resource management on project
  • Triple bottom line accountability for projects
  • (Hybrid portion of the role) – business development and market growth in the resources and sector
Skills & Experience
  • Proven project management and delivery experience in civil construction, specifically pavements/stabilisation is highly desirable
  • Established exposure to and contacts within the WA resources sector (Pilbara and remote Goldfields highly regarded).
  • Strong commercial professionalism and acumen, including astute contract management and risk assessment.
  • Demonstrated skill in converting leads and opportunities into secured projects.
  • Schedule 26 certification (or ability to obtain).
  • Play an important role within the leadership team for the Western Australia business.
  • Have the support of a small team of Project Engineers, CAs, Supervisors and Foreman.
