Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to take the lead on exciting construction projects with a well-established main contractor? Our client is seeking a driven and organised individual to join our growing team based in Croydon, managing high-quality projects across residential, commercial, or mixed-use sectors.

The Role:

As Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to completion. You will be responsible for managing site teams, liaising with clients and subcontractors, ensuring health & safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day project delivery on-site

Lead and coordinate subcontractors and site teams

Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders

Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards

Monitor project costs, timelines, and resources

Report progress to senior management

About You:

Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction sector (main contractor experience essential)

Strong knowledge of construction methods, health & safety regulations, and project management processes

*

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
