Salary: £34,000 - £38,000

Pattern: Hybrid (fully onsite initially then moving to hybrid)

As a Category Executive, you'll play a key role in shaping category and marketing strategies, working closely with internal teams and customers to drive commercial success. Your focus will be on delivering actionable insights from multiple data sources, supporting category growth, and contributing to marketing initiatives.

• Collaborating with Commercial, NPD, and Packaging teams to refine long-term category strategies.
• Building strong relationships across the business and with key retail customers.
• Supporting customer workstreams, including range reviews, periodic reports, and NPD projects.
• Using data from IRI, Kantar, and IGD to uncover insights that drive sales and profitability.
• Enhancing market and category analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Contributing to the company's marketing strategy, supporting brand communication across multiple channels.
• Presenting findings and insights internally and externally to influence key stakeholders.

• Degree educated, with at least 1 year of experience in FMCG Category & Insights or within a data agency.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Confident handling and interpreting market data (IRI, Kantar, IGD) to generate meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication skills, able to influence internal teams and customers alike.
• Organised, detail-focused, and proactive in managing priorities.
• Skilled in Excel & PowerPoint, with the ability to present data in a compelling way.
