Qualifications

  • Must have a Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Experience in a residential lettings environment.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings.
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies.
  • Marketing properties to tenants.
  • Developing relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Supporting the branch in achieving KPI targets.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Focusing on generating new and repeat business.
  • Ensuring properties comply with health and safety standards.

  • Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings based on their requirements
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
  • Marketing properties to tenants using various marketing strategies
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Supporting the branch in achieving KPI targets
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and providing support as needed
  • Focusing on generating new and repeat business
  • Canvassing the local area
  • Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety and compliance standards
  • Following all regulatory guidelines to ensure the business remains fully compliant
