From commercial and technical consultancy, detailed site design, supply, installation and connection of leading charging hardware, software systems, driver support centre and full site O&M - the Amplify team support customers throughout their electrification and expansion programmes. Responsibilities
  • Building strong customer relationships to understand the challenges they face and the specific needs of their ZEV infrastructure projects
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities for Amplify in line with our strategy and proposition
  • Identifying new sales leads in accordance with the Sales Plan, starting and maintaining the company sales pipeline
  • Updating and maintaining the company's CRM system
  • Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets, offering our products and/or services and obtaining information to remain competitive
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events promoting the brand and expanding the client network
  • Identifying needs and informing clients about new developments in the company's services and developing proposals
  • Contacting potential clients via email, phone or social media to establish rapport and set up meetings to develop new relationships
  • Leading the negotiation process through to successful conclusion, including overseeing the handover process
  • Drive sustainable financial growth through boosting contracts and forging strong relationships with clients
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, including the creation of Case Studies, literature and content for use on digital media
  • Be responsible for and driving company sales targets, with specific focus on your designated sector
  • Create and delivery presentations and sales displays internally and externally
  • Support the identification of strategic targets and pursue them
  • Provide monthly sales reports
  • Support with training colleagues on sales processes and upskilling junior members of the team

Requirements
  • Proven track record of: Proficient in the use of Productivity and Collaboration Software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint etc. across multiple platforms such as smart phones, tablets, laptops etc.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt communication styles
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to use own initiative as well as work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent listening skills with ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Self-starter with project management experience with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • In-depth knowledge of the ICP market, electrical industry and current events
  • Strong ability to identify trends in the current and future market/opportunities in the UK
  • Excellent networking ability with strong existing networks within the sector
  • Ability to confidently explain and demonstrate best practices when dealing with O&M contracts and service deliveries
  • Detailed knowledge of Quality and Safety Management systems
  • Confident in supporting a dynamic Commercial team with industry and sales guidance
  • Excellent time management and organisation
