Civils Team Lead – Groundworks (Regional Travel)
Job summary
A leading telecoms infrastructure company in Birmingham (Coleshill) is seeking an experienced Civils Operatives Team Lead. The role involves leading a team, ensuring safety and efficient project delivery in civils works. Ideal candidates will have strong industry experience, relevant NRSWA certifications, and a proactive attitude to health and safety. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from £38,000 to £42,000, along with opportunities for career progression and support within a dynamic team culture.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in groundworks and civils operations within telecoms or utilities sector.
- NRSWA Units: LA, 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 08 certifications required.
- Must be over 25 and hold a driving licence for at least 2 years.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site team ensuring safe and efficient delivery of civils works.
- Plan and coordinate daily site works.
- Conduct daily risk assessments.
