A healthcare provider in Torquay is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to assist in running a residential home for young and elderly individuals. The successful candidate will have experience in care, strong management skills, and knowledge of CQC standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, implementing training programs, and ensuring high-quality care. This position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on delivering excellent care.
Qualifications
- Experience of working within a care setting.
- Excellent management and supervisory experience.
- Ability to lead and motivate other staff members.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A clear and thorough knowledge of CQC standards.
Responsabilités
- Support the Registered Manager in running the home.
- Manage and liaise with multi-disciplinary staff.
- Implement training and induction programmes for staff.
- Ensure the highest level of care is delivered.
