- Carry out planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance on plant and machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems
- Install, commission and maintain plant and facilities
- Support production with line adjustments and breakdowns
- Identify and implement improvements to reduce downtime
- Train colleagues and work safely across the site
- Engineering qualification (HNC/NVQ Level 3) in electrical, mechanical, or multiskilled discipline
- Hands‑on experience in automated manufacturing, ideally FMCG or food production
- Knowledge of packaging and palletisation systems, AC/servo drives
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
- Safety‑focused team player
