Your Role:

1. Manage the full lifecycle of ocean imports and exports, including customs clearance, shipping documentation, and transport arrangements.
2. Work closely with clients, suppliers, and shipping lines to ensure smooth international deliveries.
3. Negotiate competitive rates with carriers and suppliers while maintaining top-tier customer service.
4. Track shipments, update clients on delivery schedules, and handle potential delays.
5. Ensure full compliance with UK regulations, policies, and customs requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Previous experience in a UK-based freight forwarding company.
2. Solid knowledge of ocean import/export operations, customs clearance, and documentation.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with clients and suppliers.
4. Detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at problem-solving.
5. Must have the right to work in the UK.
