Working Hours

40 hours per week. Working on the afternoon shift, starting at 2pm and finishing at 10pm on a Monday to Friday basis. Flexibility to work outside of these times and to cover other shifts to suit business needs.

About the role

As a Logistics Administrator, you’ll be the go‑to for stock movements, delivery notes, and customs processes. If you’re detail‑driven, confident with systems, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we’d love to have you on board.

Reporting to the Stock Control Manager, this role will play a key part of our success journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

Role Responsibilities
  • Work within a small team to ensure incoming and outgoing products are monitored efficiently.
  • Understand the delivery process and product demand.
  • Monitor incoming mails for stock changes.
  • Manage stock movements between depots.
  • Process daily transfers and pick sheets for warehouse.
  • Create delivery and customer collect notes.
  • Manage customs and excise process.
  • Support Shift managers and senior managers.
  • Debrief and related investigations.
Experience and Key Attributes
  • IT Literate with experience using MS Office.
  • Experience of using SAP is ideal but not essential.
  • Have sound numeracy and literacy ability with a special attention for detail.
  • Previous warehouse or stock administration experience.
  • Possess good initiative and work with the minimum of supervision.
  • Demonstrates an ability to work as part of a team.
  • First class communicator, comfortable communicating with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels across the business.
