We are currently recruiting for a House Steward to join our housekeeping team at The May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel. This role comes with forward career progression.

Overview:

An amazing opportunity to join the team in Housekeeping at The May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel as a House Steward.

As a House Steward, you will be responsible for ensuring the public areas of the hotel are clean and tidy.

You will also assist with ad hoc housekeeping duties as required. This may include assisting the Room Attendants with ad hoc duties in guest bedrooms

You will greet guests warmly when you meet them, helping them as much as you can or directing them to someone else that can help.

You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered at all times in line with our standard of exceeding guest expectations.

About You:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel or similar environment. Training will however be provided.

You must be able to d emonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.

Be able to communicate with a basic level of English as a minimum.

Have a flexible and positive attitude at all times.
