Job Title: Parts Operative

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

NEOS Engineering are recruiting on behalf of a leading international OEM of construction machinery for an experienced Parts Operative to join their team in Sittingbourne. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a globally recognised brand, supporting the efficient operation of their parts and stores function.

The Role

As a Parts Operative, you will be responsible for managing stock, processing parts orders, and supporting the service and sales teams with timely supply of components. You will ensure the parts store runs smoothly, maintaining accurate records and high levels of customer service. This role is hands‑on and requires attention to detail, organisational skills, and a practical understanding of construction machinery parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, store, and issue parts and components accurately
  • Maintain accurate stock levels, inventory records, and parts locations
  • Support the service and sales teams with parts supply and technical advice
  • Assist with stock checks, audits, and reporting
  • Ensure all health & safety and operational procedures are followed
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient parts store environment
