Inside Sales Consultant – Inbound

The role with focus on the qualification of inbound leads, converting them into opportunities and sales, for new and existing customers.

This could be an introductory role, your first sales role within Aggreko, where you can learn our sales processes, products and systems before progressing through the inside sales roles and into an external field sales role.

Responsibilities
  • Close transactional sales from incoming calls and convert incoming calls generated by marketing campaigns into sales
  • Make outbound calls to progress opportunities, close orders, and proactively engage your sales plan customers
  • Ensure your non‑rental costs are appropriately priced (Fuel, Freight & Rehire)
  • Determine opportunity % of incoming opportunities
  • Resolve the majority of customer requests independently
  • Pass leads to other representatives who own specific customer relationships
  • Follow our sales and hire coordination processes and complete all of the relevant steps within our CRM & CPQ systems
  • Create and maintain relationships with Inside, Field Sales representatives and senior service technicians
  • Work towards set KPI’s including Volume of Outbound Call, Volume of Quotations, Order Conversion Rate, Order Values and Quote & Pricing Quality
What we’re looking for
  • Some previous experience in a sales environment with process proficiency or prior formal training in a sales process
  • Team player with an ability to adapt to new challenges
  • Very strong Customer Service Skills
  • Proven track record of utilizing CRM & CPQ
  • Good technical aptitude
  • PC literacy in a Microsoft environment
