A leading asset management firm in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Planned Maintenance Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality asset management services, conduct inspections, manage projects, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Ideal applicants will hold relevant qualifications and possess extensive experience in asset management and project oversight.
TristoneNash are currently assisting a Social Housing Provider with the appointment of a Planned Maintenance Surveyor to join their Asset Management team.
The Surveyor will be expected to provide a high-quality customer focused professional asset management service which includes stock condition and planned investment programmes.
You will also be expected to support in the collation of stock condition surveys to ensure the Asset register is kept accurate and updated accordingly so programmes of work can be delivered effectively, as well as lead on project based planned investment activity.
Programmes of works may include:
You will ideally have a minimum further education qualification (HNC / HND / Degree) and / or relevant construction, maintenance or building related professional qualification,
You will also have experience of working within a busy Asset Management delivery team working alongside a team of fellow surveyors. You have experience of project management and a sound knowledge of contract administration and building contract law and legislation.
