I'm currently recruiting Maintenance Engineers for an exciting opportunity at a brand-new, state‑of‑the‑art site featuring over £80 million worth of cutting‑edge automation technology. The facility is in the final stages of commissioning, and we will be looking to bring skilled engineers on board in Early 2026.

About the Company

They are a global systems integrator operating in numerous countries with plenty of tier one clients and are consistently growing across the UK over the past many years. Operational in over 50 countries worldwide and forever growing within the UK.

This Birmingham site is brand new and is currently finishing the final steps before going live. The site will be fully automated with millions of pounds worth of investment into making sure the site is state‑of‑the‑art when it opens.

Responsibilities
  • Working on state-of-the-art bagging machines, conveyors, various material handling systems and more.
  • Day‑to‑day maintenance including carrying out reactive tasks and standard PPMS.
  • Mechanically replace like‑for‑like components, handle hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and fault‑find.
  • Electrically fault‑find, work with sensors, relays, and control panels.
  • Join a small team of engineers.
The Candidate
  • Has a recognised engineering qualification.
  • Confident in working independently and with a Site Engineer.
  • Confident fault‑finding mechanically and electrically.
  • Confident in reading drawings.
