Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and supporting the production of monthly management accounts. Responsabilités
- Assist the Accountant in day-to-day management.
- Reconcile accounts at month-end.
- Prepare and post month-end journals.
- Assist in profit and loss report preparation.
- Support monthly management accounts production.
- Prepare debtor and creditor reports.

Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting the Accountant with the day to day management of the accounts function
- Ensuring that all accounts are reconciled to trial balance at month-end
- Preparing accrual and prepayment schedules and posting month-end journals
- Assisting with preparing profit and loss reports and completing balance sheet reconciliation
- Supporting the production of monthly management accounts and variance to a budget report
- Preparing debtor and creditor reports and producing weekly cash flow forecasts
