Ideal candidates will have at least 6 years of experience in solution sales, particularly within the CRM domain, and the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment. Regular travel up to 50% is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in leveraging or integrating AI into work processes.
  • Deep experience in solution sales within CRM or Customer Engagement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand broad, macro-level business IT needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee market success of ServiceNow's CRM Workflows.
  • Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas across CRM products.
  • Own and lead CRM opportunities collaborating with Core Sales Teams.
  • Conduct initial Executive and CxO discussions and position meetings.

Skills
