Qualifications

  • Experience in leveraging or integrating AI into work processes.
  • Deep experience in solution sales within CRM or Customer Engagement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand broad, macro-level business IT needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee market success of ServiceNow's CRM Workflows.
  • Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas across CRM products.
  • Own and lead CRM opportunities collaborating with Core Sales Teams.
  • Conduct initial Executive and CxO discussions and position meetings.

Skills

Experience in leveraging AI in work processes
Solution sales experience in CRM
7+ years of sales experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to negotiate deals
Ability to maintain C-Level relationships
