A dynamic health tech firm in the UK seeks a Product Owner to lead product feature delivery from concept to launch. You will collaborate closely with engineers, the CTO, and the CEO, ensuring clear communication and timely updates. This role requires strong expertise in managing project deliveries, including coordinating testing and maintaining delivery backlogs. Candidates should demonstrate proven experience as a Product Owner in a fast-paced setting, focusing on outcomes and efficient processes.
Product Owner
Salary - £50,000 - £60,000
Location : London / Hybrid
At Healthera, we’re transforming how people access medicines and healthcare making it simpler, faster and more connected. As one of the UK’s fastest growing health tech companies, we partner with over 1,700 pharmacies and support more than a million patients through our market leading digital pharmacy platform, enabling seamless prescriptions, medicine delivery and access to clinical services all powered by innovative, patient‑centred technology.
We are hiring a Product Owner / Project Manager to own the end‑to‑end delivery of product features, from idea to launch. You will work closely with engineers, the CTO, and the CEO to ensure every feature is clearly defined, well planned and delivered on time to a high standard.
You will also help the wider company follow a shared delivery process, making sure everyone understands priorities and trade‑offs when needed, so teams can move fast.
This is a hands‑on role focused on delivery, clarity, and momentum, not process for process’ sake. Your role is to help each team use the right way of working for them, adapting and mixing approaches when needed (Waterfall, Agile, XP…) to ensure work is delivered on time and with quality.
You’ll be a key technical enabler, helping teams move faster by giving them safe, reliable ways to build and ship. You’ll focus on creating solid foundations, so engineers don’t have to think about infrastructure, security, or costs every time they deliver. Your work will directly support a healthcare platform used by thousands of patients every day.
