A creative technology firm based in London is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to provide managerial oversight of the Technical Department. This role involves ensuring effective delivery of departmental operations, supporting the CTO, and managing various teams. Candidates should bring approximately 15 years of experience in project management and operational leadership, showcasing strong interpersonal and administrative skills. The role offers a competitive salary package alongside flexible working arrangements in a vibrant studio environment.
Working with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), this role will provide managerial oversight of the Technical Department within Journey with particular focus on the operational delivery of the team and its personnel.
This role would suit an experienced project manager, producer or operations manager interested in applying their existing experience to a forward-looking team tasked with defining the next chapter of multidimensional design and creative technology. An understanding of the role technology plays in a business, both creatively with regards to public facing projects and operationally, will be crucial.
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £50,000-£65,000 dependent on experience
Reports to: Journey's Chief Technical Officer
Location: Working flexibly across Journey's London Studios, with an majority placement at Vyner Studio (Squint/Opera)
