We are currently recruiting for an experienced C‑Suite EA to support the CTO and CIO of a multi‑national PLC, in a role that blends classic EA responsibilities with project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence. Working for this FTSE 50 retailer, you will need to be an agile EA, who has experience supporting in an ever changing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inboxes, diaries, and meetings across multiple time zones
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, locations, and logistics for internal and external meetings
  • Set up and attend CIO / CTO meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions
  • Draft communications on behalf of senior leaders with clarity and professionalism
  • Organise video conferences, room bookings, catering, and dial‑ins
  • Arrange complex international travel itineraries, including visas, medical arrangements, and currency needs
  • Filter calls and requests, prioritising based on business needs
  • Prepare presentations, documentation, briefs, and formatted materials to a high standard
  • Research and manipulate data for weekly meeting decks and strategic presentations
  • Act as a key point of contact for executives, employees, clients, and external partners
  • Troubleshoot IT issues and liaise with HR and IT for onboarding new joiners
