Our client is a leading demolition contractor with an excellent reputation for safety, quality, and delivery across all aspects of demolition services, including strip outs, asbestos removal, full top-down demolition, and cut & carve projects.
Due to the acquisition of several new contracts in London & the South East, they are seeking a new Health & Safety Manager to oversee their varied projects.
Our client is a renowned and professional operator, known for excellent staff retention.
- Demonstrable track record in successfully delivering SHEQ across demolition schemes.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Strong compliance and reporting self-management abilities.
- Experience conducting regular and thorough on-site inspections.
- Experience in training and legislation rollouts to the workforce.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Approachable with an available and proactive mindset.
- Relevant industry certification such as Nebosh or equivalent.
