At Direct Line Group (DLG) we're transforming how we manage risk and controls. As part of this, we've created a Chief Controls Office (CCO) within the first line of defence, dedicated to strengthening risk management, embedding a robust control environment and fostering a strong risk-aware culture across the business.
We're looking for a Senior Risk Manager to partner with the Motor Division, its Managing Director and Leadership Team. If you have a background in risk within a motor insurance product team or a pricing and underwriting function, this is an opportunity to drive meaningful change in a fast-moving environment.
You will join the CCO as a Risk Manager reporting to the Head of Risk (Motor Division) as part of a dedicated team comprising you, a second Risk Manager and two Risk Analysts.

We have offices around the UK. However, our preference for this role is that you are work from either our Glasgow, Leeds or London office. Our hybrid model offers a 'best of both worlds' approach. When you'll be in the office depends on your role and team, but colleagues spend at least 2 days a week in the office.
