A leading UK educational institution is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee the Skills Bootcamps. The role involves ensuring compliance, managing resources, and supporting quality assurance. Candidates should have experience in project coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and a relevant qualification in project management or business administration. Capel Manor College is seeking to appoint a Project Coordinator to oversee the effective day-to-day delivery of our Skills Bootcamps. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a central role in coordinating all aspects of the contract, ensuring compliance, strong partnership working, and successful learner and employer outcomes.
The postholder will be responsible for managing the administration and coordination of the Skills Bootcamps contract, working closely with tutors, Employability Coaches, Employer Engagement staff, and MIS colleagues. You will monitor learner progress, maintain accurate records, produce reports for internal and external stakeholders, and ensure that all delivery is compliant with ESFA/GLA funding requirements.
This role will also involve liaising with employers, supporting quality assurance activity, and ensuring that the project is implemented at pace and delivers agreed performance targets.
