Remote Project Coordinator (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,100 USD/month via bank transfer or Veem

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m to 4:30 p.m Eastern Time

Job Overview

The Project Coordinator will support members of our client’s sales team with logistical and administrative support, as well as perform administrative duties important to the financial operation of the company. This position will work closely with the Administrative Supervisor.

Responsibilities
  • Support sales team and PMs with tasks for each project, including data entry in project software JobRunner and Hive.
  • Submittal and closeout packages.
  • Transfer proposals to sales and verify all information is correct.
  • Ensure customer documentation is obtained (PO, Tax Type, Insurance, etc.).
  • Create detailed work orders.
  • Create detailed pick tickets for materials to be picked from the warehouse and communicate with warehouse personnel.
  • Communicate with salespeople and other departments to stay up to date with the job process and ensure work is completed within the project timeline.
  • Process material returns, monthly job closing, and other tasks required at job completion.
  • Continually seek opportunities to exceed customers’, salesperson's, and managers’ expectations.
  • Complete other duties as requested.
