A leading construction company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the design and construction of projects up to £4m in the Rushden area. You will ensure projects are completed safely, on budget, and meet quality standards while leading a team and managing multiple contracts. The role requires excellent project management skills, a CSCS card, and knowledge of health and safety regulations. What will you be responsible for? As Project Manager you'll be working within the Project Management team, leading on the day-to-day design and construction of a project, value up to £4m + including procurement, installation and commissioning. Delivering projects safely, within budget, to programme / quality expectation, and to the satisfaction of the customer and all internal / external stakeholders. Programme Management is key along with reporting across all four task orders. Your day to day will include:
Over the last five years Construction has delivered projects that have included the use of off-site construction, reducing carbon and waste and digital advancements.
