A leading construction company in Northampton is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects valued up to £4m. Responsibilities include ensuring project delivery safely and on budget, conducting regular safety meetings, and managing project staff. The ideal candidate has relevant qualifications and experience in the construction industry. What will you be responsible for? As Project Manager you'll be working within the Project Management team, leading on the day-to-day design and construction of a project, value up to £4m + including procurement, installation and commissioning. Delivering projects safely, within budget, to programme / quality expectation, and to the satisfaction of the customer and all internal / external stakeholders. Programme Management is key along with reporting across all four task orders. Your day to day will include:
Over the last five years Construction has delivered projects that have included the use of off-site construction, reducing carbon and waste and digital advancements.
