Are you a talented B2B Content Lead looking for a new opportunity? Our client is seeking a Head of Content based in Aberdeen, offering a salary up to £45,000 per annum. This role is ideal for someone to apply their B2B marketing knowledge, curiosity, and creativity on strategically important projects for major international B2B clients.

• Direct the development and execution of high-quality written, video, data visualisation, and interactive content.
• Lead the creation of excellent daily experiences for our clients’ target audiences.
• Present complex strategic recommendations and content plans confidently to CMO and senior client teams, building trust.
• Create comprehensive, scalable content plans aligned with strategic objectives, budgets, and audiences.
• Oversee the activities of the content department, including research, theme identification, creation, reporting, and optimisation.
• Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure brand and creative consistency locally and globally.
• Lead by example through excellent writing skills.
• Build and direct a high-performing team.
• Utilise current techniques to deliver content effective at all stages of the buyer cycle.
• Work with international colleagues across strategy, creative, and reach to deliver impactful programmes for B2B clients.
• Ensure quality assurance, maintaining a holistic connection to brand, campaign, and target audience.

• Be strategic and proactive in execution.
• Excellent writer and creative thinker, understanding diverse reader needs across geographies, industries, and generations.
• Minimum five years of experience in B2B communications, preferably in a content role.
• Experience in leading and developing a team, improving quality and efficiency.
• Stay updated with technology and its deployment for client benefit.
• Proficient in modern techniques, formats, and channels.
• Skilled at integrating creative concepts or brand positioning into technical content.
• Enjoy exploring your client’s and their customer’s worlds.
• Natural collaborator and excellent communicator, both written and verbal, online and face-to-face.
• Strong planning, organisational, human, and negotiation skills.
