Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly creative Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be a passionate beauty enthusiast with a strong understanding of social media, content creation, and marketing strategies. If you’re looking to immerse yourself in all aspects of marketing and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies across social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content, including photography, video, and basic graphic design for social media posts, campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the team to generate new ideas for marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.
• Produce and edit content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with our audience.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with the team and external partners.
• Contribute to copywriting efforts, including creating compelling captions, blog posts, and email marketing content.
• Be comfortable being on camera to create content and represent the brand in promotional videos.
• Assist in monitoring marketing performance and help track results to improve future campaigns.
• Get involved with all aspects of marketing, from content creation to analysis and strategy.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Attention to detail – you must have a keen eye for ensuring high-quality content and execution.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, with a proven track record of success on these platforms.
• Creative mindset – able to think outside the box and come up with new ideas to keep our content fresh and engaging.
• Experience in content creation – including photography, video, and basic graphic design skills.
• A passion for beauty – a deep understanding of the beauty industry and an interest in beauty trends.
• Comfortable being on camera for content creation and promotional videos.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in copywriting and creating engaging content.
• A desire to learn and actively get involved with all aspects of marketing.

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
