About the Role

We’re looking for a Digital Producer to join our high-performance marketing studio at Get In Focus Media. This role is the operational heartbeat of our digital delivery - owning websites, landing pages, email campaigns, app content, and digital assets across multiple client brands, including major wellness and fitness partners.

You’ll work across our Studio, Creative, and Client teams to turn ideas into high-impact digital experiences that perform.

This is a role for someone who loves building, optimising, and shipping.

Key responsibilities
1. Web Ownership & Production
  • Own the build, management, and optimisation of client websites across Framer and CMS platforms (e.g. Umbraco).
  • Set up, design, and publish campaign landing pages aligned to performance goals.
  • Manage on-site content, imagery, SEO basics, accessibility standards, and component libraries.
  • Work with the Performance Manager to implement Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) best practices and track improvements.
  • Ensure websites remain fast, functional, brand-consistent, and technically healthy.
2. App Content & Digital Experience
  • Manage content, imagery, and campaigns inside mobile apps such as MyFitApp (and similar client platforms).
  • Support in-app digital journeys (e.g. onboarding flows, class promotions, upsells).
  • Update design assets, maintain accuracy across screens, and ensure visual consistency.
3. Email Marketing & CRM Execution
  • Build, test, and deploy email campaigns using tools like MailChimp, Mandrill, or platform-specific CRMs.
  • Create and optimise templates, layouts, and automations.
  • Manage basic segmentation, data accuracy, and campaign setup for B2C and B2B audiences.
  • Partner with client teams to ensure GDPR compliance and correct data handling.
  • Track performance metrics and implement improvements.
4. Digital Asset Creation & AI-Enhanced Production
  • Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce on-brand creative assets.
  • Use AI tools (image generation, video automation, copy assistants) to speed up production.
  • Maintain consistent quality across all digital touchpoints.
  • Support paid media teams with the right formats, creatives, and landing pages.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Studio Creative Team (design, video, social).
  • Work closely with the Performance & Analytics Team.
  • Work closely with Client Managers.
  • Work closely with External partners or software providers.
  • Act as the digital go-to inside the studio, ensuring smooth and timely delivery across all channels.
Experience and skills
Essential
  • 2-4+ years in a digital agency, media team, or performance-driven marketing environment.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with a site builder (e.g. Framer).
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g. Umbraco, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix).
  • Proficient in email marketing tools - MailChimp or equivalent.
  • Comfortable managing multiple websites and digital journeys simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of UX basics, responsive design, accessibility, and modern web standards.
  • Ability to self‑manage production timelines and ship fast without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills.
Desirable
  • Experience in wellness, fitness, or membership-based businesses.
  • Understanding of CRO, basic analytics, and performance KPIs.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component-based builds.
  • Experience managing apps or CMS-driven digital platforms.
  • Basic image / video editing skills (Figma, Canva, Adobe, Capcut).
  • Understanding of data management, segmentation, and CRM concepts.
  • Exposure to AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT prompts, automation workflows).
