The TV social Original Production team creates youth‑skewing original videos for the BBC’s biggest social media brands including @BBC, @BBCiPlayer and @BBCThree. Our aim is to extend the world of the BBC’s biggest shows from Drag Race UK to The Traitors, working with the BBC’s biggest talent from Claudia Winkleman to Dannii Minogue and with the most up‑and‑coming content creators and influencers from Max Balegde to Charley Marlowe – all to bring in new audiences to BBC iPlayer.
This is our entry‑level position into production management; you will work as a Production Management Assistant, supporting our Production Managers and Production Coordinators in creating quality content for all of our output, which may include TV, audio, online, events and digital platforms.
As a Junior Production Coordinator apprentice with TV Socials Production, this is a brilliant opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute – you may demonstrate the following:
On successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will be able to apply for job roles such as a Production Management Assistant, Production Secretary or Production Coordinator, depending on experience both inside and outside of the BBC.

This is a fixed‑term apprenticeship – your contract lasts for the duration of the scheme. Once completed, you’ll be supported with career development, employability training, and networking opportunities to help you take your next step – whether that’s at the BBC or elsewhere in the industry.
