A global entertainment company is seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Architect who will play a critical role in defining ERP and commerce solutions to drive business transformation. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of ERP architecture experience, strong knowledge of Azure and Power Platform, and excellent leadership skills. This role offers a hybrid working model and the opportunity to work at a leading entertainment brand during an exciting transformation period.
As a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Architect, you will play a strategic, and hands‑on role in defining, designing, and governing enterprise‑grade ERP and omnichannel commerce solutions that drive Warner Bros. Discovery's global business transformation. This role will report to the Senior Director of Retail Technology and be based out of Leavesden Park, Watford. You will lead the end-to-end architectural design and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, and Commerce within a complex enterprise ecosystem‑delivering scalable, compliant, and high‑performance solutions that support global retail, e‑commerce, and shared services operations. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll collaborate with business and technology leaders to define the digital roadmap for the Finance and Retail landscape, leveraging Microsoft's evolving cloud ecosystem including Azure, Power Platform, Dataverse, AI/Copilot, and Commerce Cloud capabilities.
