Elvet Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a highly respected, award-winning provider of sustainable but affordable housing who are looking for an Administrator to join their Commercial team in the North East on a 12 month FTC.

As a Commercial Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of the Commercial Department. You'll be responsible for ensuring that departmental processes are completed accurately and on time, while also providing general administrative support to the team as needed.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Working knowledge of COINS system would be preferred.
  • Maintain and update sales extras revenue and cost spreadsheet for each sales site on a weekly basis.
  • Recording minutes/actions from any commercial meetings as required.
  • Setting up, obtaining approvals, and processing new Sub-Contractors.
  • Managing and tracking SC renewable documentation.
  • Managing and tracking Sub-Contractor registration, approvals and renewals for CQMS.
  • Processing Sub-Contractor and Consultant Order Uplift documentation.
  • Obtaining and organising Forecast document returns from commercial staff.
  • Processing small value Sub-Contract payments and invoices.
  • Managing customer care costs / recovery against subcontractors.
  • Managing contingent worker process.
  • Maintain and update Supply Chain documentation.
  • Uploading and saving of commercial information to 4 Projects/Viewpoint.
  • Maintain Tracker for consultant appointments & uplifts and make any necessary payments.
  • Managing the contingent worker process and ensuring compliance with Engage portal.
  • Managing weekly staff diaries as required.
  • General Commercial office duties.

Role Details:
  • Up to 33 days holiday plus bank holidays – rising to 39 days with length of service
  • 2 paid volunteering days each year to give back to causes you care about
  • £29,000 DOE
