Employment: Permanent | Full time | New

Salary: £24,000 basic salary with a minimum guaranteed earnings of £27,300 per annum and uncapped commission on all items sold.

Are you outgoing and self‑motivated? Do you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in the field? If so, we want you to join our team. We are a rapidly growing company, and we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic field sales consultant to sell our extensive, quality product range to various market segments, such as joinery, carpentry & shopfitters, or car dealerships & MOT garages.

To succeed in this role
  • A self‑starter who can work independently and is driven to achieve goals
  • Proven ability to find and develop new business opportunities
  • The ability to build and nurture strong, long‑lasting client relationships
  • Providing excellent service, including after‑sale follow‑up, to ensure customer satisfaction
  • An interest and/or understanding of the products or services being sold (training will be provided if you do not currently know this)
  • Competence in using sales software and other relevant computer applications
  • A determined attitude to overcome sales obstacles and achieve success
  • A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience in or interest in hospitality, field sales, business development, front‑of‑house sales, sales executive, account manager, customer service, sales coordinator, retail sales, telesales, call centre, or area sales is a plus
