Fixed Term Contract: 19 Months (with potential 18-24-month extension, subject to successful funding application)
Salary: £55,000 – per annum FTE 16 hours (pro rata)
Start Date: August/September 2025
Contract Pause: Anticipated pause between March - August 2027

Bramley Baths is a unique, community-led, Grade II-listed Edwardian pool and wellbeing centre with a powerful story of resilience, transformation and community ownership.
We are seeking an experienced Heritage Project Director to lead the delivery of our ambitious capital restoration and oversee our heritage programme, supported by the Lottery Heritage Fund and other partners.
This role will lead the delivery of the Baths’ next major chapter: preserving our beautiful heritage, ensuring long-term sustainability, and deepening our engagement with new and diverse communities of West Leeds and the wider region.
Role Summary
You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership, coordination, and successful delivery of all aspects of the capital and heritage activity plan.
This includes contractor and consultant management, governance reporting, and budget oversight.
